Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience. When we arrived, the entire building felt extremely hot and stuffy. The AC unit in our room was turned completely off, and with 90-degree weather outside, the room was unbearable. It took about three hours before it finally cooled down enough to be comfortable.
Cleanliness was also disappointing. We saw two baby roaches during our stay, there was rust all around the sink area, and overall the room just did not feel...

« Customer service was amazing. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the knocking/thumping sound from the AC wall. Kept me up at night. I reported the issue to the front desk staff. Hopefully they get that fixed for the next person who stays in the room. Besides that, we have an amazing stay. »

« Beautiful, clean, quiet room with a few workout items (bands, exercise ball, foam rollers, etc.) in the room made it super convenient to exercise in the hotel room. I also loved the turkey sausage and egg breakfast sandwich ($13). Also, the entire staff was very helpful. One front desk agent immediately switched me to a different room on arrival when I complained that there was a barking dog in the room next door. Perhaps that's the one negative thing I can say about this hotel: they allow pets. »
