« Too noisy. Should have gotten the upper room. Initial room had a strong odor of a cleaning solution that gave my wife a headache. Second room was a bit better. Smell was not pleasant. First room tub was dirty. Second was ok but it seems it was just a quick wipe and that was it. The kitchenette in the room was not functional and the mcwave was cracked. The "brkfast" is a joke. The AC unit in our room was turned completely off, and with 90-degree weather outside, the room was unbearable. It took about three hours before it finally cooled down enough to be comfortable. « Waking up to no running water to bathe or brush your teeth is completely unacceptable. I was very disappointed with my stay. When I mentioned the issue to the front desk, there seemed to be very little concern, and no effort was made to offer compensation, points, or any type of accommodation for the inconvenience. The lack of empathy and customer service only added to an already frustrating experience. »
