It is a 60 acre, working, rare breeds farm with Highland Cattle, sheep, rare breed pigs, Clydesdale horses as well. Strathview Cottage is a spacious, yet cosy cottage with large open plan living accommodation based in the heart of Blairmore Farm. The sitting room has a wood burning stove (logs are included in the rental) which lends itself perfectly to relaxing with friends, family or with a good book. It has 4 luxurious super-king ensuite bedrooms (one of which is downstairs and has a low-profile shower tray for enhanced accessibility) which can all be made into twin beds should you wish. The modern kitchen is beautifully appointed with plenty of storage space, seating for 8 around a large pine farmhouse kitchen table and all appliances required to cook up a storm using our own farm produce or simply heat up one of the meals from our Farm Kitchen Menu (5 burner gas hob, oven, microwave, American Style fridge-freezer with water and ice machine and dishwasher). With stunning views overlooking the Strathearn Valley, this cottage is ideally located for both relaxing rural getaways or as a base to explore Perthshire and the surrounding area.
