### Studio Apartment 'Lindenhardt' with Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

Located in Creussen, the studio apartment "Lindenhardt" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. This 30 m² property consists of a living room with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a smart TV with streaming services.  
  
Please note that this accommodation is a granny flat. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of the house, on the same floor is also the office, which is used by the hosts Monday to Thursday from 9-14 o'clock.   
  
The studio apartment offers a shared garden where you can enjoy relaxing mornings.  
  
The apartment is not far from the highway exit "Trockau" (near Bayreuth) and is also perfect for guests that are just passing through. Camino de Santiago and Bierwanderweg are in the immediate vicinity.  
  
Free parking is available on the street.  
  
2 well-behaved and friendly dogs are allowed at no extra cost. The hosts have 3 well-behaved dogs on site.  
  
Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls.
