After discovering these issues, I asked to cancel for a full refund. The owner did refund me partially, which then resulted in me spending several hours with VRBO getting the remainder of the amount I originally paid refunded. So, I ended up spending several hours of my vacation time just getting my money back for being misled by the owner. The apt. was very clean and well organized. Comfortable bed, good shower, and kitchen equipped for simple meal prep. There were some disappointments: there was no freezer. Had this been mentioned in the listing, we would not have booked this. The host never made sure we had settled in after check-in.The only time we heard from her was the day before check-out. She informed us of the check-out time/instructions.Which was not necessary, as the listing threatens you with a bad review if you don't complete the required check-out steps.Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay in Crestone, partaking in the nearby hikes, farmers market, beautiful scenery,and lovely drives. ##### Edward M.
