This home, like many in the mountains, does not feature air-conditioning. Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and access is controlled by the Arrowhead Lake Association. At this time the ALA does not permit guests staying at vacation rentals access to their facilities. The nearest public lake is Lake Gregory in nearby Crestline. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! This cabin fit all of us perfectly, it even had a baby gate on the stairs which was perfect with my friend's 1 yo daughter. The power went out while we were staying there. I texted Vacasa and they texted me back almost immediately. They called and found out it was a neighborhood outage and gave me an ETA of when the power would come back on. They even called me back to confirm we had power and make sure all was well. I was very happy with their communication, the cleanliness and the ease of check in/check out. Would stay here again. It was a 5 minute drive to the market and lake, very easy to get to. ##### Andrea A. If we walk barefoot our feet get dirty anything you touch your hand feels like being stick to it, the furniture was ragged and extremely dirty. Several huge stains were all over the chairs that you do not want to sit on it. My family did not and could not stay there we left the next morning shower water pressure was very low and unpleasant. I have all the pictures that I took the minutes when I walk to the house, around the backyard was all trash and it was like a jank yard. ##### Azar A. The management company is slow in responding to messages and emails. We had asked to check in an hour early and didn't get any kind of response and when fire place didn't work it took a few hours for a response.
