Breathtaking view of the lake, framed with oaks & conifers. A sheer delight to wake up to every morning. Enter to the sound of birds & running water from the waterfall, dappled shade, fresh mountain air with the scent of cedar. A wildlife paradise. Set on a peninsula of half an acre, the house commands uninterrupted views of the lake, ultimate privacy. Regarded as one of the finest views in this area. 3 separate decks, pool room with bar, 10 min walk to the lake The space Spacious home, with plenty of privacy split on two levels, with living, dining, kitchen, double bedroom and full bathroom on the entry top level. The fun pool room and bar is quietly situated downstairs, as not to disturb the rest of the home. It is also adjacent to the third bathroom. The private master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also downstairs with its own deck. This home feels cozy yet substantial, solid and sophisticated, offering level entry with plenty of parking for up to five cars, also plenty of street parking.
