It is represented to be a "grand home amongst the aspens with a gourmet kitchen." Yet there is a rental home just 20 or so yards away to one side. There is another home a short distance up the hill from the back of the house and a third home off to the other side. I arrived to a kitchen with no steak knives, no decent paring knives, a microwave you could not adjust, a worn out and dangerous grill, a leaking kitchen faucet that even after reporting it, was not repaired during my three week stay. The house is on 3 levels with steep stairs and also stairs on the same level. The home has a back porch where you look straight into the side of a mountain so other than two chairs on the front porch, there is no deck and no view. It also had a large hornets nest above the garage. ##### Ralph D. Lots of living spaces for our family to enjoy. The kitchen is listed as a gourmet kitchen, and the appliances were high end and very good quality, but utensils, cookware, baking ware, etc were lacking. I did request a few basic items and they were purchased and brought immediately, which was much appreciated. I do love to cook, and the listing of gourmet kitchen sold me on the house...so, I was a little disappointed with that aspect of the home. Some of us were local to the area so we were able to bring our own kitchen items like knives and other things. Otherwise most of the kitchenwares and prep tools are worn out.
