3-star property of individually owned condos. There is no longer a front desk at the Grand Lodge but we are readily available to respond to our guests!

◐ The Building was built back in 1999\. It's a bit dated, the common areas need some love and the units have a 1990's hotel room vibe.

Guest Access:  
Guests have access to the condo and Grand Lodge amenities. The Grand Lodge has a Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Steam room, free parking (guests are given one parking pass per room), EV charging and is in the perfect location to Mt. Crested Butte.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
We are a short distance from the town of Crested Butte where Elk Avenue provides a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries.   
The area offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing.   
The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible and the resort is just a 5 min walk away!  
  
Getting Around:  
Most Guests bring their car to get around (we have a free parking lot with EV charging), but there are shuttles to get around if you'd prefer!

This property does not have air conditioning.   
  
Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100\.   
  
\-This unit is NOT pet friendly. Only floors 1 & 2 are pet friendly. You may see pets on the 4th and 5th floors, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with Traverse Hospitality ).  
\-Heating is controlled by a thermostat on the wall of the living room.
