This third floor room sleeps 4​: \-Sleeping Arrangements: King Bed, Murphy Bed \-Full Bathroom \-Room Features: kitchen, mini fridge, burner, dishwasher and microwave. \-Location: Room location on the 3rd floor in the East Building, Less than 5 minutes to Crested Butte Mountain Resort \-Amenities: Wi-Fi, ski storage, town shuttle, fitness center, pools, hot tub Listed with @BookTraverse The Space: The Grand Lodge Overview 3-star property of individually owned condos. There is no longer a front desk at the Grand Lodge but we are readily available to respond to our guests! Pros +Prime Location: Less than an 5-minute walk to the base of the ski resort, passing by a coffee shop and restaurants. +Great Amenities: Indoor/outdoor pool and large hot tub—clean and well-maintained. +Large steam room for post-ski relaxation. +Free Parking: Each room comes with one parking pass for outdoor parking. +Convenient Mini Kitchens: Every room is equipped with a mini kitchen, perfect for snacks. The Neighborhood: Elk Avenue is a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries. Crested Butte offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing. The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge Crested Butte Colorado. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible from The Grand Lodge Crested Butte. The Grand Lodge at Crested Butte is just a 5-minute walk from the Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Getting Around: Most Guests bring their car to get around (we have a free parking lot with EV charging), but there are shuttles to get around if you'd prefer! Other Things to Note: License number 304430 This property is NOT pet friendly. This property does not have air conditioning. Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100\. \-Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow pets on the 3rd floor.
