The chairs in the kitchen are terrible and one almost sinks to the floor when they sit in them. Check in was stressful as the door code wasn’t sent to me so I had to contact the host; as the front desk can’t assist with that. That made me nervous as it took a few attempts before my phone calls/texts were returned. Ended up receiving it and it was fine after that. For the cost of the room, I wasn’t pleased with the mattresses nor the cushions in the table chairs. They should both be replaced. You rolled away from the center of the mattress and you were practically sitting on the frame of the chairs. Each chair kind of felt like you were sitting on a toilet seat. There were 2 king beds and only one extra blanket. For a family of 4 and 3 nights there were only 3 bath towels but 4 pool/spa towels. The front desk also couldn’t help with this.
