Ski Locker, Close to West Wall Lift This 3 bedroom 3 and a half bathroom luxury ski in/ski out condominium delivers every guest an unforgettable experience on Mt. Crested Butte, offering just about every amenity and comfort one could imagine! Directly on the ski slopes, the location of this condo is hard to beat anywhere on the mountain. A short walk to the Silver Queen, Red Lady Express and West Wall lifts, this condo is perfect for those skiing, hiking, biking or even the person that just wants to take in the views from the decks! After a long day on the mountain, soak your tired muscles in the private hot tub or the master bathroom jetted tub and then cozy up to the wood burning fireplace in the living room. There is an elevator that goes from the first floor up to the fourth floor master. This home will sleep 6 comfortably. On the ground level floor, you will find a spacious garage, that will allow one vehicle (the owner keeps their personal vehicle here), the entryway, and the elevator for guests to use if necessary. Go up the stairs to the second floor and you will find the den, great for kids or families to gather up and watch a movie. Down the hallway, there are two bedrooms, the first with two twin beds and the Jr. Master featuring a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. There is also a shared bathroom in the hallway with a shower. On the third story, you will be invited into the cozy living room that leads directly outside to the slopes in the winter and the grassy mountainside in the summer. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and large smart TV! The kitchen is well stocked and opens into the living room, and there is a large dining room table to seat all of your friends/family. Just off the kitchen is the balcony that has a hot tub and jaw-dropping views in addition to a half-bath. The master bedroom is on the fourth level and features a king bed, smart TV, and a private bathroom with a jetted bathtub, double sinks, and a shower. If you need more room, please inquire about renting out 8 Silver Ridge as well located a couple of doors down. The bedrooms are as follows: (1) Master bedroom king (2) Junior master full bed (3) two twin beds. \*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is located in the property binder once you arrive. Book through Peak Property Management and Sales and receive special discounts for ski and snowboard rentals through Christy Sports and Black Tie Ski Rentals! I had a lumbar fusion in February and am still recovering so using the lift was so great for me. I loved the hummingbirds coming all the time while we were on the porch. It’s walkable to the Mt Crested Butte village with restaurants, a great coffee shop, ice cream shop and summer activities. Also can walk to the two lifts. The silver queen lift takes you near the peak with amazing pano views. Condo is quite comfortable with an elevator that helps get your luggage up to the top floor. My one drawback is that there’s public parking across the street from the condo. We were woken up a couple nights by car horns and loud people in the parking lot.
