Million Dollar Views, Clean, Cozy, Freshly Updated. Garage, Hot Tub, Fireplace! The Paradise Bowl Condo got its name from Mount Crested Butte's iconic ski run. This condo is conveniently located slope side in Mt. Crested Butte, in the Paradise Condominium complex. The West Wall lift is 10 minute walk from the unit, when snow coverage allows you can ski right to and from the lifts, or take a free shuttle (right out your door, from the parking lot of the condo complex,) to the base area, where you will find shops, restaurants, rentals, lift tickets, and of course, some of the most iconic skiing and boarding in North America. Lock your skis and boards in your own private storage closet, inside your personal garage space with private entrance in the parking garage, directly below the unit. This completely updated condo offers everything you will need for your trip to Crested Butte. The Paradise Condo is constantly being updated by the owners - long-time locals who know how to play and relax in comfort and style. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to create your favorite meals in the comfort of your condo. The open layout of the kitchen, dining room and living room allow you to cook while enjoying your company as they relax on the couch and reclining chairs. The breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains can be seen from the living room and the balcony. After a long day of skiing or hiking you can unwind in front of the fireplace, while watching your favorite streaming service on the big screen TV or surfing the web on your own private WiFi. Expect to be extra comfortable in this stylish and well-appointed condo. This property sleeps 5 in its 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a cozy queen sized bed as well a bunk bed. The master bedroom has a luxurious king sized bed. New mattresses and private entrances to bedrooms for catching maximum Zzzz’s between adventures. From the master bedroom (as well as the living area) you have access to your private balcony where you can enjoy the views while sipping on a cup of coffee or your favorite apres-ski beverage. The two separate and full recently remodeled bathrooms will give everyone plenty of space as well. Snuggle up in bed with a movie in the master bedroom or lay on the nostalgia by listening to a record in the living room. The ceiling fans in both bedrooms will keep you comfortable winter or summer. Ample closet space and dressers. After a long day of outdoor activity, nothing is better than taking a dip in the hot-tub while taking in the 360 degree mountain views! The hot tub and grill are located steps from your front door, your own garage space with locking ski and bike storage is directly below you. This condo is a great pick for you and your guests, offering all the amenities with prime location. The free shuttle that will take you to the base area at Mountaineer Square, (where you can catch the shuttle to town,) stops right at the end of the driveway on Hunter Hill Road. Mountain Express Shuttle schedule can be found on The Mountain Express website. Don’t skimp on location and amenities, but don’t break the bank either- this is the perfect family getaway! CB Accommodations Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and nice living room. Unit was directly over the garage and on level with the upper parking lot, so had to keep window shades closed to keep out headlights at night or people viewing directly into the unit when walking by. With the shades drawn, it didn't bother us too much, but missed the natural light a bit. Only complaint was the bunkbed room's window did not actually access outdoors, but an interior hallway. Made the room very stuffy at night in the summer with the door closed and no way to turn the temperature controls lower than 72 at night. Everything else was enjoyable. ##### Julie S. It was just a short walk to the West Wall lift. Having garage parking was also nice, and there is plenty of room for storage in the ski closet. The ski closet did, however, have a bad smell, but since it was located in the garage it didn’t bother us. The condo itself is well updated and very spacious. We could not have been happier with the accommodations. This is the best condo I have stayed at in Crested Butte and I have rented several. The view from the double living room & master bedroom balcony was absolutely spectacular for both Aspen colors and sunsets. The condo was very modern, clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils as we did almost all of our own cooking. Very responsive hosts also. The garage was a super bonus for us to park both our two dirt bikes and the truck. ##### Mark K. The modern upgrades made the condo feel fresh and clean. Proximity to the hot tub was perfect. The only thing that needed attention was the nails sticking up on the back deck and the fact that we had the most amazing view off the back deck and only had 4 uncomfortable chairs to enjoy it in. I would give the deck comfortable seating for 6 people to sit together and fix the nails and the place will be perfect! We cant wait to come back. ##### Anne W. Wonderful for a friends summer trip to Crested Butte for the first time! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfy, both bathrooms were very clean and well equipped and the couch and chairs in the den were all comfortable. Lovely view and comfortable adirondack double chair on the porch. Parking was right outside the door to the building and only a few stairs and unit is the first one at the end of the complex so short and easy walk to get your stuff unloaded. Only thing to note is that the bedroom with the bunk and queen beds is an interior room with no window to the outside so in summer does not have access to the cool night air unless both bedroom doors are left open. There weren't many other people in the building so it was pretty quiet. The condo has been renovated recently and everything was extremely clean and functional. There was plenty of space for two couples to lounge (a large sofa, two recliners in the living area, a dining room table that seats six, bar seating, and a small deck). Everything was well stocked and functioned properly. The beds were super comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, and the hot tub was great. When the coffee carafe was broken, we had a replacement within an hour. The bike room was great for storage. We would love to stay here again. ##### Julie D. This property was in a fantastic location to reach the slopes and for easy access back in to town. It had great views, was very clean, and had all the amenities. Lovely place to stay. Close to Hollywood Broadwalk, great restaurants and shopping. Circuit Ride provided easy, inexpensive transportation in the area.
