Winter\*Spring\*Summer\*Fall\* Year round, this is the perfect mountain retreat! The wide open space and spectacular panoramic views from every room will make this a place you will want to return time and time again with your family and friends!  
  
This 2,000 sq ft, four bedroom, two story, sunny, end-unit condominium in the highly desirable Ponderosa Condominium complex features two large private decks overlooking unobstructed views of Mt. Crested Butte and the surrounding mountains. It is an easy 300 yard walk to the slopes, restaurants, and shopping around the base area and Mountaineer Square. From here you can easily catch a ride on the Mountain Express, a free shuttle service that runs every 20 minutes to historic downtown Crested Butte where shopping and a variety of local restaurants abound.  
  
Kitchen:  
  
The fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel smooth-top stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen has everything you might possibly need to make you feel at home: coffee maker, blender, toaster, high quality serving dishes, pots/pans, flatware, and a crockpot. All on beautiful slate tile floors.  
  
Living room/Dining room:  
  
The spacious, open floor plan is ideal for gathering on the main floor. It's great for a large family or for entertaining friends. The farm house dining table seats 8 as well as 3 more stools at the adjoining bar top.  
  
The living room is decorated with two swivel leather chairs for taking in the panoramic views overlooking Mt Crested Butte and a large sofa perfect for curling up in front of the moss rock fireplace. The living room also has a large flat screen TV with satellite cable.  
  
Bedrooms:  
  
The spacious upstairs Master Bedroom features a private balcony with breathtaking mountain views. A king bed and two full closets and a large dresser give you plenty of storage for a longer stay. A flat screen TV with cable completes a wonderful master bedroom suite.  
  
Equally large, the second upstairs King Bedroom features ample storage with an oversized closet and dresser. The views from the back bedroom overlook the Maroon Bells mountain range in the distance.  
  
The main floor Queen Bedroom is quite spacious with a large dresser for storage and an adjoining bath.  
  
The second main floor bedroom has two Twin beds with colorful quilts and a clear view of the sun rising over the mountain in the morning.  
  
Bathrooms:  
  
Full size bathroom upstairs has a slate tile floor, a shower/tub, and a stacked washer/dryer.  
  
Main floor bathroom is a 'Jack and Jill' set up so that each bedroom having its own sink and toilet. A shared shower/tub is in the middle with two doors for privacy.  
  
This condo has a dedicated WiFi throughout the unit.  
  
This is not a ground level unit. You will have to climb a flight and a half of stairs to access the front door. And an additional flight of stairs for the king bedrooms on the second floor.  
  
All of the art throughout the home reflects the natural beauty of the surrounding area and features the work of several celebrated local artists.  
  
The Area:  
  
Not to mention that Crested Butte is the place to be! After hitting world class terrain, knee deep in powder all day, walk back from the lifts, join your friends and family for apres ski in the large hot tub that accommodates up to seven people and overlooks the base area. Okay. You prefer the warmer months of Spring and Summer. Bring your mountain bike and a pack of friends to ride or hike any one of the scenic trails directly from the front door. Then fire up the gas grill to dine al fresco from the comfort of home on a patio surrounded by mountains.  
  
During the summer months, Crested Butte, the 'Wildflower Capital,' is host to the Wildflower Festival in July as well as many athletic races ranging from Fat Tire Bike Week in June to the Marathon from Gothic to downtown Crested Butte every 4th of July. Additionally, the Gunnison Valley is home to some of the best fly fishing around.  
  
Or Fall. If you prefer the more laid back approach to experiencing the mountains, late September into early October is peak time to watch the Aspens glow. Year round, you will find a good balance between adventure and peace of mind in this quirky but enchanting mountain town.

We had a great stay in Crested Butte between 10/03 - 10/05, the golden color of mountains were such spectacular and beautiful! We had a little issue and contacted the owner right away when we arrived in the townhome on the first day and they were able to resolve it so quickly, which made our family very happy. I want to thank the owner for her honesty and kindness. I truly appreciate the refund and her thoughtfulness. We will come back again for sure!

We had a fantastic time at Hollys. Everything was very clean and so close to the base. The condo is located in an older building, but the condo itself is fantastic! Fully stocked. 3-5 minute walk to the base.

#### Fall color trip

Four couples traveling from Ohio to see the aspens decked out in their golden glory! The views couldn’t have been any better from this Mt. Crested Butte condo. Location was great, just a few minutes up the hill from CB, and easy access to gorgeous drives and hikes — Kebler Pass, Slate River and East River Valleys, Gothic, Ruby Falls. Condo is not updated in decor, but the 4-bedrooms were perfect for our group. Would definitely recommend.

Good place overall. Easy check in, clean, no problems coming and going. Beds were comfy and house was nicely decorated. Location just outside Crested Butte was great, especially if you want to stay on he ski side. Could use a bit of better ventilation in downstairs bedroom. Did use the hot tub.

Wow - the views!!! This place has everything you could ever want on vacation and more (a game closet, fans, extra pillows/blankets, fully stocked kitchen, the list goes on). I wish we had stayed longer. Holly is such a great host too! I love receiving just the right amount of information on the day of instead of digging through email trying to remember how to get in or the things I need to do when leaving.

A roomy four bedroom condo with a great view of the local mountains. We walked to/from the ski lifts - although it is just a bit too far to wear ski boots comfortably. No problem though, as we found lockers at the ski area.

#### Great Base for Skiing

Condo has tons of room, great place to relax after long, great days skiing. Really easy walk to Red Lady and Silver Queen base lifts. Hot tub just a few steps away to get legs ready to hit the slopes the next day. Well equipped kitchen to make all meals and not need to head out when we got over 6 feet of great snow in 5 days. Holly was really responsive. We thank she and Ben for sharing their home. We would love to come back.

We would definitely stay here again. The condo worked perfectly for our family of 9. (6 adults and 3 kids.) All of the bedrooms have large closets and lots of space! The bathrooms also give plenty of room for privacy. The condo location is close to the base and town. Would definitely recommend this unit. The property manager is also fantastic! She gave great referrals for location restaurant and was always available to answer questions.

#### Corona Ski Trip

So we tried to go skiing in Crested Butte for spring break, even though the coronavirus situation was unfolding. Vail ski co was putting out info that they were staying open and taking steps to protect guests and employees. After checking news and Vail updates seemingly every 10 min we put our kids in the car in the middle of the night and drove 15 hours to beautiful Crested Butte Colorado. We have taken many trips to different parts of Colorado in the past but this was our first visit to CB. Upon arrival the condo is very large and comfortable with a great view of the ski area. We park and get in easily and start unloading. I reach out to the property owner with a parking question, which she easily explains. She thanks me for booking and following through with the trip. We chat a bit more and I mention the ski area seems a little quiet. She says that its possible that things might be shutting down. She calls back 10 min later and informs me that Vail has pulled the plug for at least a week. Total bummer. Holly was incredibly kind and offers to let us stay as long as we need and still provide a full refund. Obviously we are super bummed about not getting to ski and explore the town. We did realize that our next ski trip will be a visit back to CB and hopefully staying at Holly's condo. We made it back home safe and healthy. Holly is very nice and easy to work with and I am eternally grateful for her kindness during this difficult situation.
