It is practically new and the finish out is of the highest quality, with thoughtful upgrades and furnishings. Pictures don’t do it justice! We were two families, with children ranging from ages 4-9\. The bunk room was perfect for the boys while one of the bedrooms was perfect for the girls. We loved that all bathrooms had dual sinks (true Jr masters) and the beds were all very comfortable. The laundry areas up AND down made life easier on the moms to split our families’ laundry. =) The living area is more than spacious! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking which we did several nights. We used the town shuttle to get to/from the base each day — super easy as the stop is at the top of the driveway. We were the first drop off on the way to the slopes, and while we had several stops on the way home in the afternoon, it doesn’t take more than 10-15 mins total. The views from the hot tub are breathtaking. I’d imagine in the summer when all the porches are usable that this home would be even more spectacular! Pat was incredibly responsive and even sent us a lovely gift basket after we arrived. When I inquired about a crock pot, she had a new one sent out!
