This home is the area's most spectacular choice, being one of just a handful of homes located right in the heart of picturesque crested butte that can accommodate large groups. The professionally-decorated four-bedroom, three and one-half bath home easily sleeps eight to ten people. It is located in the butte's quiet west end, adjacent to biking, hiking and nordic trails, peanut lake and a beautiful playground-equipped neighborhood park. After a day of exploring the hidden treasures of this colorful old mining town, or a day well spent on the trails or the slopes, come home to an inviting gathering around the large living room fireplace (there's another in the master bedroom). Or gather friends and family around as you or one of our local chefs prepare a meal in the huge gourmet kitchen complete with upscale appliances that even include a six-burner gas cooktop. This finely detailed custom home is outfitted with every amenity ...The finest bed furnishings, wifi, sonos, and smart TVs throughout ...To offer you every comfort and convenience. The very romantic master bedroom has a king bed, fireplace, an en suite bath, steam shower and gorgeous views of gothic mountain and paradise divide off the private deck. The junior master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath and steam shower. The third bedroom has two sets of twin trundles and shares a bath with the fourth bedroom, which has two double beds, great set-up for kids. A wonderful mud/laundry room helps with crowd management, providing a kid-proof entry and ample space for stashing all your gear. The large dining area seats ten people, and there is also a large exterior patio and dining area with gas grill for easy entertaining. Throughout, you will find plenty of wide open spaces for cooking, dining and just plain relaxing. But one picture can say a thousand words. A 3 generation family of 8 just loves it. Room to relax, the kiddos to play, to dine and to store your gear for the day’s activities. Modern and top of the line appliances in the spacious, open kitchen is a dream for the chef in the family. We love the steamers in the shower after a day on the slopes! Not to mention the home is decorated beautifully with plenty of space. An easy walk downtown and to our favorite restaurants yet far enough away that you aren’t in the “congestion” of Elk. Ample parking for 2 large SUVS is also a plus! We love it here! ##### Leigh A. This is a beautifully decorated and maintained home in a great location in CB. Layout was great for families and finishes are gorgeous! Walking distance to shops/restaurants and right at the foot of trails/Lower Loop. We loved staying here! Séjour de 2 nuits en septembre 2017 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Jane R. 11 sept. 2016 #### Beautiful & comfortable home in quiet neighborhood, close to shops We loved this property not only for the location and quiet neighborhood but because it was well equipped and beautifully comfortable. We spent a week enjoying all the fun CB has to offer and really enjoyed hanging our hats here at the end of the day. Everything you need to feel at home is provided. The views from the master bedroom deck (as well as the tub) are amazing! We loved the remote controlled window coverings in the master as well. The fireplace warmed up the living room quickly in the morning while we cooked our breakfast in the open kitchen. All the amenities were top notch. And we loved the short walk to Elk Ave. We will definitely stay here again! ##### Jane R.
