Horrible nights sleep for both of us. Towels & linens are worn out, plus we had just 1 wash cloth each for 4 days. No cups or glasses, just two old small chipped coffee cups. Right next to the town shuttle pick up station too. Food and coffee available nearby but there’s also a mini fridge and microwave in room. No problems with the door/lock to check myself in. Cons: Bathroom not clean. Uncomfortable mattress and pillows so flat they needed to be folded over. Stains on sheets, comforter, and seat cushions. Chairs legs were also really wobbly. Dirty silverware. You need to print your own parking pass but there isn’t a business center or office of any sort to do it there. The drive from Denver is gorgeous. The Grand Lodge is very conveniently located. There is a big spacious lobby and ample parking. The wifi was slow and glitchy. One elevator was not working, ever, and the second elevator also went out of service the morning of our departure. This unit is on the 4th floor with a parking lot view. The description cites 300 square feet, but it has very poor use of space. When you enter the unit, there is a long useless corridor, leading to a small, cramped bedroom. It is a challenge to walk around the bed, given there is also a small table and two chairs and two night stands. The bathroom is dark with very dated fixtures. There is a small refrigerator and microwave on a counter in the corner, with two cups, 2 plates, and 2 forks. Overall, this unit was adequate, but a bit of a disappointment.
