Step into the main level, where you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen featuring high-end appliances such as a Vitamix blender, Breville Barista Express, Cuisinart waffle maker, multi-cooker, and toaster. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal, the kitchen is stocked with premium cookware, bakeware, and utensils to meet all your needs. The open-concept living area is the ideal space to unwind, with comfortable seating, mountain-inspired decor, and smart entertainment options for a cozy evening in.

#### Spring Break 2025

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Larkspur. The location is ideally located within walking distance to all the restaurants/shops and the bus stop for skiing is very close.From an amenities standpoint, Larkspur has it all: from the kitchen to the bedrooms along with private hot tub; this place has it all. Our family would easily book at Academy Place again.
