From your private balcony, accessed by sliding doors in both the living room and master bedroom, you can listen to the sounds of Wood Creek below, and watch the kids play tennis on the private courts right across the courtyard. My husband and I were very comfortable in the master bedroom, but the twin beds and pullout couch might be ok for kids, but not comfortable for adults. Otherwise would give it 5 stars.
