"À notre arrivée, nous avons chaleureusement été accueillies par Malik avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme. Cela étant, une fois dans la chambre, la porte de la salle de bain était coincée dans le mur nécessitant l’intervention du staff et ce, à 2 reprises. Le personnel de l’accueil ayant géré la situation a fait preuve d’une certaine nonchalance.. Il a fait assez froid la nuit dans la chambre. "Un très bel hôtel situé dans le centre de Philadelphie, ce qui donne possibilité de tout faire à pied, le personnel très à l’écoute est très agréable. Les Chambre sont spacieuses pour une famille de quatre personnes, la literie est top et le ménage irréprochable! L’inconvénient le parking est payant (40$ par jour) "
