This fantastic unit is located just 100m from the beach on a flat and easy walk along a council footpath, with only 200m to a pathway leading up to the shops and town centre. By The Sea 1 is situated so that you will be soaking up the gorgeous views and the sun due to its Northerly facing aspect as well as avoiding those nasty winter southerly winds. This unit is elevated with a verandah running the length of the unit providing a wonderful space for entertaining around the BBQ or for just sitting and admiring the view whilst enjoying a beverage. Sleeps 5: 1 x Queen, 1 x Single Bed, 1 x bunk bed. NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats.
