Upstairs is the living area of the house and consists of a combined kitchen, living and dining room which open's out onto the covered North facing outdoor entertainment deck. Both indoor and outdoor dining area boast extensive ocean views. Downstairs is the accommodation area with four bedrooms, three with built-ins and LED fan light's. There is a brand new bathroom and laundry with two toilets. The property has been smartly furnished and can sleep up to 8 people, therefore it is a great property for two families to share their holiday costs. The property is boarded at the back by a crown land nature reserve which provides a quick and easy access to the village CBD and beaches. NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats.
