We chose this place because it was dog-friendly and has a very nice fully-fenced back yard for large dogs, which can be hard to find! The house itself was very clean and very cozy. The kitchen was well-stocked and we also really enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the bathroom upstairs. It has lovely views of the ocean and is within walking distance of Pebble Beach. I gave it 4 stars overall instead of 5 only because the bed was a little uncomfortable, we would have liked a softer king-sized bed rather than a very firm queen, but it was doable and we still slept pretty well. It was clean and fresh smelling, and there were no needs unmet. We cooked at home nearly every night in the well stocked kitchen. The yard was wonderfully large and secure for our dogs. The location was just wonderful, and you can easily see the ocean from the upstairs. I put 4 stars for overall rating due to the bed being old and needing to be replaced; it was my only complaint. It is so comfy and cozy I could easily live in it year round. The proximity to the beach was perfect: very easy walk. The back yard was great for the dogs. Good time of year to be there as the whales come thru on their migration and you can stand on the cliff above the beach to watch them. It’s a great little house roomier than you would think. I agree the TV could be larger n one upstairs a plus. Didn’t care for the padded toilet seats. The house had all we needed to stay and very much appreciated the washer n dryer.
