Our only concern was it was cold ( in the 30’s) and it didn’t have central heat just space heaters which a couple needed to be updated. The location was great. Even after fishing all day in the river, we still used the dock to do even more fishing. Communication with the owner was a breeze. She was quick to respond and answered any questions we had. She even let us check in early which was a huge plus for us. We will definitely be seeking this location again for the near future. While visually clean, there were areas that looks as if they’ve never been cleaned. I saw a couple roaches as well. They stated that I could leave my boat in the canal out back but there wasn’t a place close by to launch my boat, the closest safe place to launch was 1 1/2 miles away. I cut my stay short by two days and wouldn’t go back nor would I recommend it. So it wound up costing me over 700 dollars to stay two days. ##### Jeff C.
