It’s a lovely location and a great place to use as a base for exploring the redwoods and the beach. The living room has a partial view of the ocean which was mesmerizing to watch. The pier and lighthouse were fun to walk to, and are literally right there. And be sure to eat at Christina’s Mexican Restaurant and also Seaquake Brewing. Especially since Seaquake is like three blocks away; the food and drinks are phenomenal, and you can very easily walk there, if you get my drift. ##### Phillip T. The lay out with the bedroom on one side of the house and the kitchen on the other end. I could get up early and make breakfast without disturbing my wife. A nice working gas fireplace, partial views of the ocean, a good sized kitchen. The 1/2 bath in the laundry room was helpful. The rooms were well cleaned. You can actually see the ocean from the front living room. The only issue is a constant “honking” that comes from out in the ocean for ships/boats. Hard to drown that sound at night while trying to sleep. Especially if you want the windows open for fresh air. Not sure if that’s a regular thing but it was our whole weekend. The teal cooofed couch def needs a deep clean as welll. The shower was tricky to run, I had to have help getting that figured out. A few issues, #1, couldn’t navigate the TV to main channels, #2, back yard was unkept, patio furniture was filthy and not entirely secure for dogs. #3, one of the couches in the living room was aged and uncomfortable.
