Hope you like talking to a person over video to check in. We don't even get true customer service anymore. The couple ahead of me were and older couple and had a hard time hearing and understanding this person who was most likely in another country! Room was ok, view was just what we expected. Bed was super uncomfortable, pillows sucked. The room felt very lacking. No decor. Felt like an empty room that they slapped some furniture in. It was decently cleaned, but no extra towels.

We only stayed one of our 4 nights here. There was mold in the refrigerator, homeless people in the parking lot, and overall I did not feel safe staying with myself and my kids. The staff on site and at the kiosk were very helpful.

It was quite a shock that there wasn't a live person to check me in. There's a light just outside the window that some inside the room but overall was a good room for us as we were passing through.
