Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to treat themselves to a holiday with all the comforts a stone's throw from the ski slopes and hiking trails. You will have a very bright apartment, designed to ensure maximum energy efficiency and attention to every detail, set in a two-family villa dedicated to tourist rentals. The large terrace overlooking the Grigne group, large double garage and access to the garden are the features that make this location truly special. The villa is accessible from Via Madonnina, and despite being in a quiet area it is connected to the center of Maggio by a path of about 5 minutes on foot. May has always been one of the favorite destinations for tourists, thanks to its location very close to the lifts, with a position overlooking the entire valley and convenient for reaching Lake Como (20 minutes from Lecco and 30 minutes from Bellano and Varenna).
