Pleasant villa with private terrace and within a beautiful family residence with a large green area and community pool, close to the beaches, the promenade and the center of the town ElCreixell.  
This rental is spacious and very bright with the capacity to accommodate up to 6 people.  
  
The house is distributed over two floors, on the top floor there are three double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a suite bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and private terrace, the other two bedrooms with two single beds and finally the second bathroom with bathtub.  
On the main floor there is an additional toilet, the independent and well-equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, etc., the living-dining room with its respective dining set, large chaise longue sofa, television and a large window that opens onto the private terrace with pergola, furnished with table and chairs for your outdoor meals, built-in barbecue ( NO grill) with a counter next to it and a gate with direct access to the communal area of the residence where the pool, showers and sun loungers are located.  
  
To complete the comfort the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning through integrated ducts and a large private garage. Optional services to be requested in advance are bedding and shower towels for 10€/person and a cleaning service for 20€/hour.  
  
The residential complex is made up of 24 villas located in a pleasant green area with lawns, olive trees, outdoor showers and a beautiful swimming pool. It is situated in a family resort about 700 meters from the long golden sand beach and the center of El Creixell with all kinds of services and shops.  
  
Rental highly appreciated by families seeking an unspoiled natural environment and near to the beach.

Creixell is a coastal town with a magnificent white sand beach and shallow waters, north of the Costa Dorada. It is an ideal beach for practicing water sports or enjoying with the family. It has been awarded by the Department of the Environment of Catalonia with the "Blue Flag" for the quality of its services and its waters. Its almost 2 km long and 40 wide form the following beaches:  
  
\- La Playa El Creixell, where the old fishermen's houses historically known as Las Tiendas de Mar and the newly built ones are very close to the beach. There is also the Nautical Club, with a base from the Catalan Sailing School and several beach bars.  
  
\- La Playa El Gorg is a protected area of ​​natural interest where you can enjoy a privileged natural environment. The dunes with native flora and fauna are very well preserved. El Gorg is part of the protected area of ​​the Torredembarra Muntanyans and has been awarded in 2018 with the Virgin Beach certification of the Tarragona and Tierras del Ebro regions.  
  
El Creixell has a beautiful old town with elements of its architectural heritage that are cultural assets of national interest; Its Castle, its Three Medieval Guard and Defense Towers (Cal caudal, Cal Jeroni and Ca la Miquelina), the Church of Santiago and the modernist crowning of the bell tower work by the architect Jujol.  
  
It is located 2km from the Torredembarra marina, so it is common to find in this beach people doing nautical sports such as sailing or windsurfing, 18 km from Tarragona whose "Tarraco archaeological site" in front of the beach is considered an Heritage of the Humanity by Unesco, 25 km from Salou with its PortAventura-Ferrari Land amusement park, one of the largest in Europe, and 81 km from Barcelona.
