Please note: 4WD or AWD is required to access the property from November to March. The home is also outfitted with security cameras on the exterior for safety and security. \*\*\*\*All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleaning every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense\*\*\* Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. My family (husband, 8 and 9 year old) recently spent three nights and it was not enough. The location is picturesque. We spent most of our time on the back patio, around the fire pit, listening to the river, playing corn hole, fishing - soaking in the beauty. The house is extremely comfortable - decor is well done - house stocked with the necessities and more.
