Our studio is an eclectic mix of old and new, giving it a rustic, modern vibe. Our studio is located at the south end of town with access to multi-purpose trails and Bachelor Loop. Our studio is bright and spacious and is equipped with a kitchenette, including a mini-fridge, hot plate, and toaster. Bed Configuration: Studio - Queen Bed This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay). There is not a washer and dryer. Vacation Rental Collective has the perfect Creede Vacation Rental, Creede Cabin, Creede AirBnB, or Creede VRBO for you and your group! Whether hiking, fishing, biking, catching a play at the Creede Repertory Theatre, or skiing at Wolf Creek Ski Area, the Creede Collection has your perfect private lodging accommodations. Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. Book 7+ nights, and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Year's and 4th of July holidays). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. The studio is much larger than the pictures make it seem. Plenty of storage and drawer space for our 2 week trip. It is tastefully furnished with hidden spaces and eclectic vintage decor. I worked remotely during our trip while my husband filled his elk tag. And the wifi connectivity was perfect. Reliable, I had no issues. The property is clean, safe and in the ideal location to town. You can walk/hike everywhere! The rental has an adorable outdoor space where we grilled and sat by the gas firepit. There is a wood chiminea but we didn’t use it. We had daily visits from the local mule deer, fox & rabbits. The rental agent was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The owners are gracious & accommodating hosts. We even had special visits from their chocolate lab :) I fell in love with Creede all over again! I’m thrilled with our decision to stay here and would not hesitate to recommend this unit.
