Nestled on the banks of the Saône (protected area in "Natura 2000 Zone" for its rich ecosystems), Crêches-sur-Saône has all the amenities (large commercial area located away from the village) as well as numerous sports & leisure facilities including a renowned lake (Port d'Arcia leisure center with supervised swimming & numerous activities) and benefits from a magnificent rolling vineyard landscape setting, combining splendid vineyard hillsides & vast wild forest massifs, rich in sublime panoramic viewpoints over the Val de Saône, the Alps & as far as Mont-Blanc on a clear day!
