The Merises Residence is a four-story vacation rental built in 1980, offering modern amenities such as internet WiFi, parking, and an installment plan. Nestled in the Arolles district of Montana, Switzerland, this property is conveniently located 200 meters from the town center, providing a tranquil and traffic-calmed environment just steps away from the forest.

Embark on an adventure by exploring the nearby forest, situated merely 200 meters from the residence. Embrace the natural surroundings and immerse yourself in the beauty of Montana, Switzerland.

Within the Merises complex, guests can enjoy shared facilities, including a lift, central heating system, washing machine (additional fee), and a drying room. Please note that the residence is accessed via a stepped path with 30 steps leading to the entrance.

Conveniently situated, the residence is a mere 200 meters from essential amenities such as shops, grocers, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafés, and a bus stop. "Merises 20" is a 3-room apartment with an area of 72 square meters, located on the 3rd floor and facing the south. The cozy furnishings include a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a dining table, and cable TV. There are two bedrooms, each with two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long. The kitchen is equipped with three hot plates, an oven, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment features a bath/bidet/WC, a shower/WC, a 7 square meter balcony facing south with balcony furniture, and internet access (WiFi). You can enjoy a very beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside from the balcony. The maximum capacity is 5 people, and there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Other amenities include a washing machine, heating, and a television.
