"On A Whim- was absolutely AMAZING! My daughter had the best birthday, we didn't want to leave!! The house was very clean and roomy with plenty of things to do, lots of games for kids and adults to enjoy! You're close to town for whatever you may need and you're right beside Smith Lake Park which has tons of events and fun stuff to do around the holidays, including firework shows and much more. Highly recommend! 10/10"

"Cabin is well stocked, very clean, lots of privacy. Comfortable for a couple and our pet. We pulled a 17 foot fishing boat and was able to manage getting in and out of the concrete driveway. Owner responds quickly and supplies all needed information."

"Overall the location and stay were good. The house met our needs. The gas grill was not usable and the hot tub was very dirty and needed a good cleaning. We had a great time and home met almost all our expectations. Views were amazing. Owner was very responsive to any issues we had."

"Fall break from Nashville couldn't have been better! We loved the place- it was so clean and very comfortable for 4 adults and a group of kids ages 13-17. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bathrooms were new and clean. A lot of attention went into the details and we appreciated it so much! We can't thank you enough for such a great family weekend! The only con I can come up with was the cleanliness of the entire pool deck. It was old, filled with leaves - leaves piled in...

"The house is exactly as described! Beautiful part of the lake and we had peaceful mornings with coffee on the back porch. The boat ramp is so close and easy to use for your boat. Only negative is the mattresses need to be replaced. We had 6 adults & everything in the house functions well. We brought a Blackstone table top griddle where we made most of our meals outside. Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

"This home is so beautiful and the view of the lake is breath taking. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and have our own space. The beds were so comfortable. The extra oven downstairs came in handy while preparing large meals. Highly recommend this home!"

"We had a great time on our Spring Break at Smith Lake. The house is beautiful and very well stocked with kitchen essentials and also games, books, puzzles, and even some toys for the kids. We had a couple of beautiful days to enjoy the kayaks and sit in the sunshine on the dock. The host was very attentive & responsive. We definitely enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!"

"This is the best lake house we have visited! Clean, comfortable, amazing neighborhood, and the best part is it's located in a quiet cove where you can safely swim without heavy boat traffic. Everything is as pictured and listed. The owners were immediately responsive to any questions. We can't wait to come back!"

"The place is great and we had a most wonderful time there. The scenery is beautiful and enjoyed looking at the Angus in the field next door. My family says it’s one of their favorite places. The beds were comfortable, we did have some cleanliness issues with the refrigerator and also the dining table but everything else was great. The house decor is rustic I’d say but goes perfect with the place. The manager was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again."
