Location was great it over looked trident marina which was convenient for all the events there. The only thing is the boat launch was a 20 minute boat ride away. But the boat slip was very nice and easy to access with a vehicle . Overall we had a great relaxing time the views were gorgeous from the lake house. ##### Karen E. The pictures really don't do it justice which make it seem kinda stark. It's not it is nestled in a cozy neighborhood high on a hill overlooking the water. At night it's a lovely view from the patio/covered porch with the lights on the docks of the Trident Marina. The house is easy access without stairs or steps which is one reason for choosing. The private dock, altough not directly out front is a fun little ride by golfcart with a slanted walkway, definitely without steps. However you can reach it by foot, just a short walk. The dock is suitable for swimming and a little fishing. It's in a no wake zone tucked back away from speeding boats. Would stay again. ##### debba b. This property is adjacent to Trident Marina which offers excellent dining, boat rental, entertainment (music/bands), and Sunday Church! Just a 45 minute drive into Birmingham for those who love to shop. Cullman is just 15-20 minutes away, and there is also dining, shopping options as well. Cullman has a great family friendly historic downtown area. This property has dock that is a very short walk, no steps, and covered boat slips… very very convenient as we rented a pontoon from Trident Marina. Can’t say enough good things about this property.
