The open floor plan has a fully stocked kitchen, a long dining table to accommodate the entire party, and plenty of comfortable couches and seating to relax and enjoy the view from the living room. There is no boat launch at the property, if you bring or rent a boat you will need to launch it at Smith Lake State Park. Deck: 2 Outdoor Dining Tables, gas grill, and other outdoor lounge furniture Covered Dock: 1 covered boat slip with an attached swim dock There is no boat launch Bedroom 1: King bed, smart TV, ceiling fan Bedroom 2: Set of 2 bunk beds (4 twins), smart TV, ceiling fan Bedroom 3: King bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, shared Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom 4 Bedroom 4: Queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, shared Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom 3 Jack and Jill Bathroom for bedrooms 3 and 4: double vanity with standing shower. Hall Bath: Tub/Shower combo with a single vanity Living room: 3 sofas, 3 chairs, an additional small dining table for playing cards or extra seating, a large TV with Roku. Dining room: a large dining table that will seat 10, a console table with family games and cards inside. Kitchen: Equipped with all cooking needs, Hamilton Beach Flex Brew coffee maker for use with K-Cups or a basket filter for multiple cups. We do have Internet. The water level is seasonal. They start dropping water levels in September. Parking is limited to three vehicles or two boats and trailers. There are three parking spaces, or enough space for two boats and trailers. You may have to go off the beaten path to get to The Cove at Crane Hill, but once you get there, the views and tranquility are priceless. Bloom Winery is located at 1849 County Rd. 222 Cullman, AL 35057 just a short drive from the property. The road can be a bit bumpy and narrow getting to the property. Things that are provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towel roll, toilet paper roll for each bathroom, and dish soap. Things you may want to bring: Extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, wood for fire pit, beach towels, etc. Water levels can vary depending on the time of year. They start dropping them in September. We loved how flat this property is getting to the dock! The covered dock location is great on the lake because our boat lives at Trident so that was convenient.
