We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and private. The pool was nice but not great for toddlers. Older kids definitely would enjoy it more.

Golf trip Kimberley
Excellent condo / loved the kitchen bathroom and pool and location! Rainfall shower had excellent water pressure - in Suite laundry was great! Totally recommend this condo - golf courses great here too!

The suite was great with a beautiful view of the ski hill. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Initial room was noisy and view not good. We had initially asked for another room and they said it was full. The next day, complained about the noise above and the staff, especially Margaret, worked hard to accommodate us. Much appreciated as it improved our stay immensely.

This property is very quiet, great location and very clean. The pool though we did not use becauce it was not being maintained properly, dirty water and not circulating, so the pumps were not on. With all of this they had not closed the pool.

Hello Christine, Thank you for your feedback. It would have been helpful to hear of your pool concerns while you were here. Pool and hot tub had been closed earlier in the week due to excessive ash from the local forest fires landing on the water's surface. We have been blessed with cleansing rains and cooler temperatures this past week. Hope to see you again in the future.

Thank you Karen for your review. We apologize for the pool and hot tub being closed on the day of your arrival. Excessive ash from our local fires falling in our outdoor pool facility prompted the closure. The restaurant next door is open Thursday to Sunday at this time. The Trickle Creek Golf Course located across the main road from our resort is currently open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I wish you and your family safe travels.

The property is beautiful overall. I love the large bathroom with stand alone tub. The outdoor pool and hot tub are amazing. My one knock against the property is they have the worst blow dryer I have ever used in my life! Make sure to bring your own.

Would recommend putting that it is in USD not CDN larger because we paid more than we had thought. Also another stove top pan and a baking should would be nice to have in the kitchen. Other than that it was awesome, lots of space and clean

All's well that ends well
Condo is nice, clean and comfortable. It has a lot of the comforts of home but check in was very stressful. We got to Mountain Spirit resort and no one was at the front counter as there is only someone there from 10am-5pm. We did not get an email, phone call nothing telling us how to check in after 5pm. We had all our stuff in our hands and were scared we would be unable to access our room. They had phone numbers posted and we called and called the first number with no answer then we tried the security phone number and thankfully a guy answered and gave us instructions on how to access our room key. Whew!!! Thank goodness for him. The condos are awesome and dinner at Buckhorn was good but service was slow. The restaurant is only open Thursday-Sun 5pm-9pm so make plans to either bring groceries or go somewhere else if not coming on those days. Condo is very nice but we got a better view last year, all good though. All's well that ends well

We are doing our best to notify all incoming reservations of the procedure for retrieving their keys if they arrive after our Front Desk hours, but unfortunately, we missed you. I'm not sure why the person we had on call did not answer your call, but we will do our best to make sure this does not happen again. As all of our 1-Bedroom Suites face the rear side of the building, they do not have the best of views. If you had booked a 2-Bedroom Suite previously, you would likely be on the front side of the building, which has the better views.

We had a short but great visit! The property and room were excellent, clean and well kept. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. I thought the pool area was cramped and the pool itself was small, but we weren’t there for that, so it didn’t affect our stay.

The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were an excellent way to end a ski day! The room was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly. We enjoyed our stay. My only complaints were that the bed was too hard and that the room could have used a little TLC. It looked like there had been water damage in the bathroom at one point and the fridge was sounding like it might be on its last legs. But those are minor issues. The cleanliness is key for myself!

Close to ski lifts and summer golfing.
Condo was as advertised and facility was centralize for our needs. Owner should replace the couch/hide-a-bed, it is getting long in the tooth. Will return next year.

Will definitely return!
The rooms were spacious and clean and had everything you need to enjoy being away without feeling like you were in a hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly! We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with my boyfriend and myself and 2 children and didn't feel cramped. We will definitely stay here on our next Kimberly vacation!
