COVID CLEANING PROTOCOLS - Contactless Check-In with entry keys in lockboxes. The condo is blocked off 1 day before and 1 day after your stay to ensure extra cleaning time. 1 Cleaning Staff member per property equipped with mask, gloves, protective eye wear and sanitizer. Disinfect high-touch areas such as banisters, taps, light switches and remote controls. We have hotel grade linens and towels that are cleaned/monitored in our own cleaning facilities. We have an extensive list of our cleaning protocols that will be emailed out to you, two days before your arrival or upon request. The safety of you, your family and our staff is our #1 concern at this time. ***The Common Room Hot tub and Fitness Room are closed until further notice due to COVID.*** The SPA 901 is onsite and has a beautiful outdoor hot tub for their clients. Pamper yourself! A rare 5 Bedroom located in the heart of downtown Fernie that sleeps 10 Adults. This condo is one of the most unmatched accommodation experiences in Western Canada. Created from the restoration and rebuilding of the town’s original public school (from 1908), it sits right at the end of the shopping and dining district and offers an unmatched stay in terms of quality and comfort. Every comfort that you would need is at your fingertips. The ski hill is a short 10 minute drive. Nightly rate and fees are taxed as follows: GST (5%), PST (8%) and MRDT (3%). Hello, 12 of us stayed 4 nights at this beautiful condo. Perfect location, as half of us ski'd and the other half hiked and took in what the town of Fernie had to offer. Would highly recommend to other larger groups.

Great ski holiday location!
We stayed here for a ski holiday with 8 adults and 4 kids and had a great time! The place is roomy with big bedrooms and is in a great location! My only complaints would be that 2 of the beds had quite uncomfortable mattresses, and the kitchen sink and dishwasher did not work well, but we made do. Other than that, we loved it!

Condo was spacious and proximity to town was great!
I live in Fernie but needed a larger place to hold a girls weekend. The condo was very spacious. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was just what we needed for 8 women! There are two suggestions I would make. The first is better lighting in the bathrooms and the second is remove the existing rug in the living room! It was very dirty, definitely needs to be replaced. Proximity to town was just what we wanted. We are all seniors so not having to walk a great distance was good. Had a very enjoyable stay,
