It was cozy and well situated, quiet neighborhood but close enough to lots of things. Only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the use of the bikes. Nighttime was rather chilly and I was grateful for the fire and that the loft was kept warm by the rising warm air. That plus the shower water never really got warm enough was the only reason for it not being a 5 star rating. I would stay again, but maybe more in the warmer months. ##### Karen F. Great fenced backyard for our service dog. That was certainly a bonus. We had trouble with the heating unit which I'm sure will be addressed by the host. The fireplace was a nice addition but it caused the smoke detector to go off. We did not try the fireplace while the ceiling fan was running as the host suggested. It was more of an urban area than we would have liked but the area was pretty quiet. I will say the loft was a tight squeeze and we were both bumping our heads alot. Wifi access was good! The only thing we can't figure out is why most BandB's like Keurigs so much! We are pot if coffee types of people! Check in was also smooth and the parking pass was a bonus so we could park on the street near the house!
