Loved all the detailed instructions and suggestions included in the visitors guide. We snorkeled every day off the beach (go to the right for the best snorkeling). Roof top area for the morning sun, pool with hot tub for the afternoon. And in-between we only had to walk a few feet to the sea, which was clean, clear and full of fish! The staff there is great, from the maid to the gardener to the pool guy. We even hired a chef for 2 nights to cook for us!. Our group consisted of 10 Adults & 2 Children (ages 8yr to 70hr). Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a great location. Close to town and grocery store but far enough away from the cruise ship crowd. We booked a private sunset cruise - Dan & Karen at cozumelsailing- the BEST. The hosts are VERY responsive to communication and provide a lot of recommendations for sights and dining around the island. Great property and location, the owner Lyn was extremely helpful with any questions that came up during our stay. We had an incredible time. We enjoyed the pool, snorkeling across the street from the house, dinner at Money Bar, and shopping at the markets in walking distance from the house. The location cannot be beat.
