With easy access to Cozumel town, excellent offshore snorkeling and fabulous sunsets over the ocean, this condo makes the perfect retreat for your holiday. Unlike many high rise complexes, this building with just 12 units, has a wonderful intimate atmosphere where you can relax in peace and quiet by the ocean front swimming pool. Outdoor amenities include 60 foot long infinity pool at the ocean edge, Jacuzzi tub, sundeck, poolside BBQ area and tropical gardens. The kids (both big and small) will love the ocean side diving platform. For those less adventurous there is easy ladder access to the ocean. Maid service is provided every other day; Spa service and cook service is available on request. This is a lovely 1 BR oceanfront Cozumel’s condo situated one floor up from the pool level; our building is one of the finest Cozumel’s lodging option in the north shore of the island. This one bedroom Cozumel’s Condo has a living area, kitchen, dining area, oceanfront LARGE bedroom and private bathroom. Just off the living area is a dining area that can seat 4 people. There is additional seating for 3 people at the lunch counter off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare a full meal. The bedroom has a king bed as well as a sleep sofa for small kids in the living room. For an extra adult after 2, a single bed is available for rent. The main reasons are the care and service you get. It definitely met expectations, with a gorgeous view, and clean, well laid-out spaces. The kitchen was well-furnished and the common area pool and snorkeling area was very pleasant. The property management here is especially noteworthy. The check-in instructions were thorough and clear, and the PM was extremely responsive. We reported a minor maintenance issue and the full-time maintenance person was able to resolve it the same morning. Tip: consider renting bikes! It's a \~30-40 min. walk to downtown (not unpleasant, but it can be hot, and you may not want to spend hours of your vacation walking up and down the main street). Taxis back and forth from the centro can add up (about $5 USD each way) and you can also spend some time waiting for them, especially during slow season. We rented bikes for about $15/person/day (from Best Bikes Cozumel) and loved being able to get around at our own pace, while getting a bit of exercise. This property has a convenient bike stand in a secure maintenance/ trash room that we used during our stay. ##### Kurt P. The condo was well appointed with new patio furniture in the unit. Wifi worked well but slow at times when streaming movies and Netflix. The pool area is outstanding with well kept patio area and diving platform into the sea. We frequently saw groundskeepers working to sweep, organize the pool deck and pool. We’ve stayed at several Miramar units and think this is our favorite. Great view, very clean unit. Since it rained every day for a week, the tile on the balconies, stairs to unit, pool area, we’re extremely slippery. The pool has no barrier to protect children from falling into the coral below. Although the water is super clear, the current is swift and you need to be a very good swimmer to enjoy the ocean ##### David S. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a bit older and the sea life takes a toll, but the condo and furnishing were great. The pool and access to the sea is wonderful. It is a small distance from town. We chose a Jeep rental so not sure how easy to get taxis from the rental, but driving Cozumel is so easy. It had all the usual amenities- wash/dry, full kitchen, iron, blow dryer, linens, paper products, even a purified water dispenser. Don't bother packing or purchasing anything before you arrive. Just bring swim and snorkel gear. The snorkeling from the stairs under the diving board is amazing, but there is a strong current. The military (naval) was training by swimming against the current toward town. So cool. Use HTL for Jeep. Use Maple Leaf for snorkel and diving. Be sure to eat at Casa Mission. Banorte gives better ATM rates than Scotia. ##### Kathy S. The snorkeling is also quite nice - there were a lot of sea urchins living right along the shore and we also spotted quite a few yellow rays. Just be wary of the current - swimming against that can be a workout. The condo had everything we needed and it was an easy walk to Puerto Abrigo, which is where our dive boat departed in the mornings. It was also easy to grab a taxi to get downtown. Matias was very easy to reach by email and was very responsive to our needs. He even helped us schedule our COVID testing before returning to the states and the price was cheaper than places downtown. Would definitely stay there again. ##### Lx C.
