### Comfy studio on downtown, 3 blocks to ocean views, calm, safe & quiet
Studio Yaxkin is located in dowtown area, 3 blocks away from main street and sea, where you can enjoy the sunsets. Close to ferry, restaurants and local market. Inside the place you will find everything you need to spend a comfortable stay. Located in downtown area, safe area, where you can find the local market, laundry, OXXO, shops, bars and restaurants by walking distance. The ferry is 5 blocks away, approximately 15 minute walking.
On the property there are 3 studios in total. It has a patio, outdoor benches and a common area. The studio is private, it has an equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, blender, toaster, and coffee machine. We have 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, work area with ergonomic chair, fiber optic Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning. Full bathroom with hot water, shampoo, body soap and towels included. Hair dryer, fan, clothes iron, hooks, and furniture to hang clothes. We have everything you need to have a pleasant and cozy stay. On the patio you can park scooters or bikes in case you rented, and you can hang wet clothes as well.
The island is a great place to vacation! There are several activities that I recommend to my guests; like diving, tour to "el cielo", rowing in Mayan canoes, hiking, snorkeling at different beaches on the island, going around the island. Since the island is quite large, it is recommended to rent a vehicle to facilitate movement. I can gladly support you by providing you the necessary information on tours, places to eat, beaches, car rental, etc. So you have a pleasant stay and enjoying the island in the best way.
