The house is just 2 blocks to the ocean, inviting and nicely decorated. It is well stocked with everything you could need during your stay in Cozumel. The house is centrally located with 2 major grocery stores, plenty of yummy restaurants and a movie theater all within 1-2 block walking distance. The property has a private clothes washer and dryer, gas oven/stove top, microwave, Wi Fi, amazon fire sticks, 2 televisions, small bbq, ductless air conditioners in the master bedroom down stairs, family room and two queen bedrooms upstairs. If was very comfortable, well maintained, had everything that you would need. The beds were comfortable, good towels and plenty of water pressure and hot water. This is a lovely condo in a great location in town. Very close to shopping and many restaurants. It felt secure and I appreciated all of the special touches. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, including spices. There was liquid soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper for the entire week, which saved another grocery run. We came to Cozumel to dive so we did not spend a lot of time at the house-we were looking for a bed to sleep in. The small pool was an added bonus-it was great to sit in the pool and enjoy a cold beer after our dives. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We ate out most of the time so we didn't really use the kitchen-but having a fridge for some snacks and drinks was great. The location was perfect-easy to walk to plenty of restaurants and town. We rented a car so having a parking space was appreciated. Communication was clear and simple for check-in.
