Our apartment is your home in Cozumel.
Located in the heart of Cozumel, just a block from the ferry. You can find restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacies, banks, rental cars, diver shops and everything you might need just around the corner.
The apartment is ample and full of light. You have a bedroom with a little balcony to the pedestrian street, a private bathroom, a full kitchen with everything you might need to cook, a resting area with tv and a sofa bed, wifi, satellite tv and Netflix for rainy days or just relax.
After a busy day of visiting the island you can relax in the garden in the loungers and have a beer.
You can make a bbq in the grill or take a walk down the waterfront just a block away.
Definitely the best place to stay in Cozumel.

Buenos momentos
Bueno fue una experiencia agradable el sitio es limpio está muy bien ubicado cerca a las tiendas a los centros recreacionales a la iglesia al ferry, etc etc. Mejor dicho a todo . Nosotros lo recomendamos altamente Hay un detalle muy especial para compartir. Mi esposo tenía un iron man y desafortunadamente nos llevó más tiempo de lo esperado y el/la propietario nos permitió estar y guardar nuestras pertenencias hasta el momento de salir. De verdad muchísimas gracias. Personas como el propietario son los que hacen sentirnos seguros a donde vamos y especialmente sitios donde no hemos estado antes.

Great location close to tons of restaurants and bars. Sara answered us right away when we had questions. Jorge brought us more water and fixed up the bicycles for us to use. We really enjoyed our time here Sara, thank you again❤

the heart of Cozumel
Loved staying here, in the hustle and bustle of Cozumel. Sara was attentive and response when I had a question about check in. The apartment was clean, everything in working order and perfect for a solo traveler. Great balcony to watch the busy street and deck to relax at night with a cold beer. Will be returning with friends!

Private apartment in an amazing location!
Sara was amazing! She answered all our questions making our first trip to Cozumel absolutely perfect! The sitting areas and backyard always had shade. Minutes to the ferry. Walk our tight in the square or one block and you’re in the local area with many amazing restaurants. Highly recommend!!!

Clean and convenient
Beautiful apartment. Great A/C, kitchen, fridge, filtered water, garden, patios. Right on the main strip just off the ferry. The lockbox for the key was kinda tricky, we had to try a few times to open and then to close, but it did work. Once you have the key, it's a breeze. Incredible diving very close. Taxi stand around the corner.

Great location right near the square and water in Cozumel. Condo was clean and communication with Sara was great. There was music from local bar till 11, but after that super quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything

Great stay at Colonia Centro!
I really enjoyed staying at Colonial Centro! The apartment is spacious and stocked with all the necessities. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. The location is in the heart of downtown San Miguel within walking distance to shops, restaurants and activities. There are also bikes available for use. I would suggest light sleepers bring ear plugs, as the nearby restaurants have live music on most nights.

Cute but noisy
Super great location, clean, safe and private. The owner was responsive and everything was super easy! Our dog loved staying here and watching people pass by from the balcony, too! The only downside is the cover band that plays from around 8.30-11.30 every night.
