Super clean and has all the essentials. The owner operator was super friendly and so is his niece. He introduced himself when I checked in which was a nice feeling and he even arranged a taxi pick up for me to the airport. The host Cesar was great at communicating ahead of our arrival giving us clear instructions for entering the apartment. The apartment was even better than the pictures and had everything we needed. The king-size bed was very comfortable and there was a roomy closet with plenty of hangars and shelves. Little things like shelves with outlets on each side of the bed and plenty of soaps and toilet paper made our stay enjoyable. We felt very safe even though some of the properties in the area are run down it is a pretty typical Cozumel neighborhood.l The building itself that the apartment is in is a grand 3 story structure that looks kind of like a church with a beautiful long vaulted entry way. Over all we were pleased with the accomodations and the host. We felt that it was a good value for the price and we would definitely stay here again. ##### carole S.
