"We enjoyed our stay. We never saw any staff, which worked out just fine because their process & facility are executed in a very thoughtful manner. It is beautifully furnished and appointed. However we were unaware the elevator only ran to second floor and we had stairs to our third floor room. My wife is disabled and we were able to make it work without any negative feelings. We probably would not stay here on our next trip to Breckenridge, but will recommend it to family & friends. "

"We had a great stay in the unit. It is a small studio as described , but had everything we needed- comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. It is in a prime location, just a few steps away from Main Street and Breck connect gondola. Owner Ned is very responsive, easy to communicate. Definitely would recommend for a single traveler or a couple ."

"This space was very cozy for two people, and very clean upon arrival. Check in was a smooth process, a few minutes away from the building. We accidentally locked our key in the room after 10pm and someone came to the building with a key in a matter of minutes! This was a perfect space for watching the snow fall, and the stream right outside our deck was very relaxing. I’d stay here again!"
