On Island Accommodation Right in the heart of Cowes, 1 of 4 quality brand new Apartments. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of living space. Walk downstairs right into the heart of Cowes, grab a coffee, a meal in any of the Cafe's Restaurants Cowes has to offer. Even walk to the beach. Each Unit has 2 car parking spaces/boat parking. No WiFi. NOT PET FRIENDLY All apartments are located on 2nd floor of complex. Unit 2 balcony faces the main street. No lift, stair access only. Sleeps 5 -2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed with ensuite and walk in robe. Bedroom 2 - 3 x single beds Porta cot and high chair available on request. These units are fully self contained and provide linen and towels. The property is fully self-contained with all kitchen equipment. This property provides all bedding and linen including towels, bathmats. GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES! GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in. The king size bed and ensuite was very comfortable. And a very large back bedroom with 3 beds with its own bathroom.The unit was clean but very clinical was just like it was just being handed over to the owner, no coffee or tea bags nothing in any cupboard.
