Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below. Indoor Areas Downstairs is the second Living room (with Samsung 65" Smart TV), Bedroom 1, a Bathroom (with shower over bath and toilet), and internal access to the Garage. A fully equipped European laundry (with washing machine and clothes dryer) is in the hallway. Upstairs is the open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living area (with Samsung 65" Smart TV) opening to a balcony, plus Bedrooms 2 and 3 (each with BIR) and a Bathroom (with shower and toilet). Outdoor Areas The home has both a Balcony on the first floor as well as an enclosed rear courtyard. The double Garage (with internal access into the home) provides space for 2 cars. The shared facilities available include a solar-heated in-ground pool and shady BBQ area, plus some additional communal parking spots available on a first-come, first-served basis. Kitchen The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top. Heating/Cooling Systems The home contains two reverse-cycle, split system units one in the upstairs living room, and the other downstairs in the entrance. There is also a standalone fan for use where required. Bedding Configuration This home has 5 beds plus 1 foldout divan, accommodating up to 9 guests: Bedroom 1 (Downstairs): 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): 1 x set of Single bunks and 1 x Single bed There is also a fold out Double sofa in the downstairs living room, suitable for two adults or children. Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. The double story unit has everything you need with an open-plan kitchen and living area, complete with a large dining area too. Beds were comfortable. Pool was good but cold! Some of the smaller details were missing and the property probably needs to be checked over to make sure the smaller details are there. It is a property to sleep 8 but there were no large platters to serve food or large salad bowls. There was no vegetable peeler. But it had plenty of crockery and cutlery, glasses and mugs. There was a cake tin but no bowls to mix in. The DVD player didn't work and the dryer hadn't been cleaned properly so when we dried the clothes, there was a funny smell and everything had to be washed again. There was a great washing line but no basket or pegs. It was wet for a couple of days but there wasn't a clothes horse to dry the swimmers etc inside. Overall, it was a great property and we had a great holiday. But it would be an amazing one if some of the smaller details were fixed! ##### Adrianna M.
