The upper level features two bedrooms with inbuilt wardrobes, family bathroom, modern kitchen with electric appliances and microwave. The stylish open plan dining and lounge space, with polished floorboards throughout is filled with light from the full length windows and there is access to the upper level balcony with private bbq. The lower level offers two bedrooms, family bathroom and European laundry. One bedroom has direct access to the rear courtyard which offers a private retreat with space to relax in the sun with a cuppa and a good book. A double garage is available for guest use however you will need to enter the property and open the garage from the inside. \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Gated apartment block, kids loved having the pool to use. Very close walk to the beach and Cowes town centre. The apartment was spacious for our group of 9, 5 kids and 4 adults. Had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, washing machine and dryer, 2 seperate bathrooms, a bath in the lower level bathroom. The Aldi coffee machine was a bonus so we didn't have to bring our own 😊. Overall we were extremely happy with the whole experience. ##### Nicole S. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need and more. Only downside was cleanliness on arrival. Downstairs bathroom and kitchen floors were quite dirty.
