Location is everything, and Malabar Retreat truly delivers. Just a short stroll from the Golf Club and only minutes by car to Cowes lively main street, you’ll have easy access to cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops. For nature lovers, pristine beaches and scenic walking trails are close at hand, making it the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.  
  
Step inside to discover the heart of the home, a light filled open plan living area where the kitchen, dining, and lounge flow seamlessly together. It’s an ideal space for shared meals and conversations. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family feasts or quick bites, while the dining table and comfortable lounge provide plenty of room for everyone to come together.  
  
The master bedroom welcomes you with its spacious layout and a private ensuite featuring a large shower and toilet.  
  
Off the kitchen, a well-appointed laundry with washing machine, dryer, and essentials ensures convenience during longer stays.  
  
Down the second hallway you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms and the main bathroom, complete with bath, shower, and toilet, perfect for families with children or groups of friends. With four bedrooms in total, everyone has their own private haven to rest and recharge.  
  
The alfresco area is a standout, offering outdoor seating and a BBQ for relaxed dining under the open sky. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.  
  
ADDITIONAL RULES  
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.  
  
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
