Single storey, family beach house in a great position in Cowes; so close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and cafes.
The property has an open wood fire, is pet friendly, free WiFi.
Great family beach holiday house in the best part of town! Walk straight off the beach into the outdoor shower.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6.
Access down a long driveway, 1 secure garage and fully fenced back yard with wire fencing, secure for bigger dogs.
PET FRIENDLY ($200 dog bond charged and refunded once property has been checked for damage/digging/poop/hair etc).
Wood fire in the lounge room and a split system heating/cooling in the family/kitchen area.
Kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic cook top, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave.
Laundry has a top loading washing machine. 2nd bathroom has a toilet and shower and is off the laundry.

Bedroom 2 - 1 set of bunks, (suitable for children)
Bedroom 3 - 1 queen bed
THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT SUPPLY LINEN. You can BYO linen or Hire it from us.
Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY 2024
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Lovely home with plenty of room for the four of us - only thing to note is that the bunks are for small children not for teenagers, as we discovered. The bath in the master bedroom ensuite was perfect.

Kenros needs an overhaul! We walked into a musty-smelling house, overgrown back and front yards and 4 dirty chairs out the front covered in bird excrement - Unusable without a clean. The note on the fridge advised using springwater for tea and coffee (assuming the drinking water was not ok)but there was none supplied. There was no milk in the fridge. A lot of what had been left in the pantry for our use had expired - The t-bags were 7 yrs out of date. The fireplace needed cleaning out and there was no firewood. NO SMOKE ALARMS in the house. The dinner plates were too large for the dishwasher drawers to close adequately. It was wet and the roof gutters didn't drain as there were weeds growing in them and the rain water spilt over the top. It was cold despite the reverse-cycle unit in the kitchen and we left a day early!

We had a lovely stay. The property was clean and warm in the cold winter weather! Nice to sit up close to the fire. House was bigger than I expected with everything you need for a weekend away!

House is well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Ensuite large with delixe hip bath and separate shower. Dogs loved interesting backyard with multi levels to snuffle through. However wasn’t confident that my 5kg dog might not be able to escape through a small fence gap or by digging under. And a larger dog might be able to leap over the very low wire fencing at points. Only 5min walk to completely have the sandy beach to ourselves ( dogs allowed on lead any time of day). Accessed down a short flight of wooden steps my elderly parents managed without difficulty. Many things to see and do, especially birds in the nearby sanctuary ( not for dogs). Complete off leash beach available west of the yacht club about 12min drive away.

this was by far the best property we have stayed in during our 10+ years of renting. the layout was great and the kitchen was the best equiped ever. they had everything you could wish for except maybe a knife sharpener.....but the knives (many ) didn't need it anyway. Clothes pegs would have been nice but for $1.25 they now have pegs! Easy walk to a perfect beach.

Property has everything that you need for a perfect beach getaway. While the property is older it has been fitted out with lovely furnishings , layout is great & its extremely cozy. I also loved it’s a way back off the road so no need to be concerned about traffic with young children. Will definitely be staying again.

We had a lovely long-weekend at this property in July. The house was lovely and spacious, well equipped and clean. We brought our two dogs and the yard was well fenced. Open fire with generous supply of wood was brilliant!

House was bigger than expected. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was pretty handy. Definitely needs a thorough clean - dusting, removal of cobwebs, and a clean of blankets. Overall - probably a 3.5 out of 5 Our 2 year old was disappointed when we returned to our actual home, insisting we go back to ‘our holiday home’
