There is one bedroom on this level with a queen bed as well as a TV, walk in robe and ensuite. The second storey is just as spacious and contains the second living room with another large screen tv, main bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. The remaining four bedrooms are also on this level including the master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite. Bedrooms 3 and 4 also have queen beds with the fifth bedroom having a set of single bunks and a single trundle bed making this room perfect for the kids. A range of board games are provided for your enjoyment. The property accommodates 12 guests with ease! With ducted heating and cooling throughout, the home is cosy in winter and an entertainer's delight in summer. The icing on the cake is the beautiful solar heated swimming pool and alfresco area for those hot summer days. Please note; the garage is not available for guest use but there is plenty of space for 3 cars in the driveway and down the side of the house behind secure gates. This space will also accommodate a boat or jet skis. \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The house is large with a fabulous outdoor area. It's pretty much as described. Was missing a lot of the basics we have come to expect from Stayz houses, namely toilet paper... With 4 toilets there was literally no paper! No hand towels or bath mats or tea towels either. No other personal touches but was a comfortable large house to enjoy time with friends. Only things that let it down was no Wifi. I didnt even check to see as I assumed all holiday homes offered Wifi. Its a necessity in this day and age. Also no instructions for heating system (or if there were we couldnt find them!). Lastly, it would be great if linen was included, just for the sake of convenience (esp when travelling with young children). There were fleas in the pillow outside. Needs a really good clean. I paid a rather expensive rate for a nice house that I expected to be much cleaner. ##### bev c. Loved staying at this property. Great set out for two families, with two main bedrooms including ensuites. Easily fit 4 adults and 5 kids of different ages. Loved the pool and the outdoor area, although a little small to seat all of us it had a great grassed area, large enough for badmitton and vollyball.
